elder brother is in his 40. younger is 19 he . elder brother has Jacobs Syndrome. elder brother name is Narein. younger is Varun. Their parents are Shankar Menon an supermarket chain owner in based dubai and Madhavi Menon a house wife. Narein’s wife Renuka also a house wife

Narein was placed as an ISRO engineer at the age of 21. during the engagement function madhavai started vomiting and fainted. she was rushed to the hospital and discovered she was pregnent. Her husband shankar was at home before 2 months preparing for son’s engagement was very happy to hear that good news. even though madhavi was hospitalized engagement was over before that event. the whole family wsa double excited about all the good news showring on them. narein got placed as engineer in isro, he got engaged to renuka, his mother is having a new baby. they went o celebrate the weekend on a small excursion. they went to a remote hill place. unfortunately shankar faced a fatal accident and died. though narein and madhavi was unharmed physically they were torn mentally. after some day madhavi told narein she is aborting the child. but narein was against it and he told if dad was here he would not agree for this. also but madhavi asked the consulting doctor about the abrtion. the doctor said it will be a difficult task as she was a little bit old and fetus is around 5 months old there may be some life threatening complications in the process. so madhavi belived it was her husband’s will not to abort the pregnancy she happily accecpted it. meanwhile narein’s marriage date was fixed. his marriage went well but one week later his mother developed delivery pain on an evening. madhavi was rushed to the hospital by narein and renuka. madhavi gave birth to varun. but due to heavy bleeding she died. renuka happily taken care of the new baby. she treated him like her brother and son. even though narein and renuka had a successful sex life they didnt conceive. later on consulting doctors they heard the hard truth. they both cant have child. but they were not affected by that, since they had varun they looked after him like a son. after some years they found varun had Jacobs Syndrome. renuka looked after all his needs and when varun was 19 things got little messy. narein lost his sex drive and was concentrating on his career. but on other hands renuka was high on libido. this leads to steam up things in the house. this makes things worsen on narein. on a side he has to look his career, other he is failing hard to satisfy his wife, another side his poor brother has no career or love or future. eventually varun and renuka falls in lust and this makes narein even happier and solves all the problem in the house as they all live happily.
