Dear it's not always correct, there are people who loves the smell but most of the people are comfortable with pleasant fragrance while making love. It's just my opinion only. But on different situations the attitude can be changed thats a truth.
But I like the slang used in the conversation. Awaiting the next parts. For me there it is always the author's thread how the story should move forward.

I agree that during intercourse people use different types of fragrance in all cultures. But it's a fact that human body has smell.. in mouth, arm pits, on sexual organs and other similar parts. These odors are not very pleasant to many. So they do sex avoiding nasal contacts with those places. But there are many others who love these smells. I think one can enjoy sex only when we love the smell of the body of his or her partner.
